Day 7 - Southern Wall Excavations

Rafi standing next to stones the Romans pushed off the top of the Western Wall during the destruction of the Second Temple. Huge, huge stones.
Rafi taking a moment on a toilet from the 7th centuary built Umayyad Palace.
Alyssa standing in an excavated house from the Byzantine era. The original owners must have been quite short.
Mount of Olives. There may be over 150 000 buried in this enourmous Jewish cemetery. It is believed the resurrection will begin here when the Messiah comes. One legend says that in the End of Days people will tunnel underground from all over the world to rise up here.
